The SILUM™ Surface Protection system has been designed to protect, restore and extend the life of most resilient floors and hard surfaces, while reducing labor costs, chemical consumption and the environmental footprint of maintenance operations.
On resilient floors, SILUM™ eliminates repetitive stripping and re-waxing* by replacing traditional maintenance methods with a durable protection system that simplifies daily operations and reduces the total cost of floor ownership.
On already densified polished concrete and other mineral surfaces, SILUM™ adds durable protection that helps reduce daily wear, limits the penetration of contaminants and de-icing salts, and helps preserve the finish longer. By protecting the surface from daily wear, SILUM™ helps preserve the finish of polished concrete for longer and can thus postpone costly restoration work, including the various grinding stages and successive polishing passes.
